BUSH FOR JOINING SWASH PLATE ASSEMBLY OF VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT SWASH PLATE COMPRESSOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bush for joining plate assembly of variable displacement swash plate compressor and manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve assemblability and processability. CONSTITUTION: A bush includes a pair of semicircular bushes having a semicircular bush part(720) placed to cover one side of a peripheral surface of a compressor axis and pin parts(730) integrally protruding on a center of an outside of the semicircular bush part and joined to an inner circumferential surface of a hub. A manufacturing method includes the steps of: a step forming a half-finished bush having a circular bush part and a pair of the pin parts integrally protruding on both sides of the circular bush part; a step processing an inner circumferential surface of the circular bush part so that the circular bush part is joinable to the compressor axis; a step processing a peripheral surface of the circular bush part so that the peripheral surface of the circular bush part contacts with the inner circumferential surface of the hub and the hub is slantly movable; and a step manufacturing the bush comprising a pair of the semicircular bushes having the semicircular bush part and the pin parts by dividing the circular bush part into two with central parts of a pair of the pin parts as guides.
