PURPOSE: A dynamic slot assignment scheduling system using a neural network in a wireless communication network is provided to apply a cell scheduling algorithm using a neural network for a slot assignment method, thereby adaptively assigning slots to each traffic according to an irregular data stream of a dynamic parameter. CONSTITUTION: Each wireless terminal comprises as follows. A traffic generation rate change measurer(10) measures traffic change rates, and encodes the rates to specific bits. A buffer standby queue length change measurer(12) measures length changes of buffer standby queues of traffic cells, and encodes the changes to specific bits. A temporary memory(14) stores cell generation numbers of previous frames and standby queue length values. A traffic generator(16) generates traffic. A transmitter(20) transmits the traffic cells with a dynamic parameter. A base station comprises as follows. A receiver(22) receives the traffic cells and the dynamic parameter. A cell header processor(24) processes cell headers of the traffic cells. A priority operator(26) classifies priorities by traffic. A slot operator(30) monitors the number of slots per frame of the traffic cells, and assigns idle slots. A scheduler(32) flexibly controls assign numbers of slots.
