PURPOSE: A cereal drier is provided to improve the heat efficiency and to lower power consumption by directly applying heat to cereals to be dried. CONSTITUTION: A cereal drier includes a housing(1) having a cereal inlet hopper(3) and a cereal outlet hopper(5), a conveyor having a conveyor belt(7), a heat radiating device for directly radiating heat to the cereals, and an air sucking device for guiding heat radiated from the heat radiating device towards the cereals. The cereal inlet hopper(3) is installed at one side of the housing(1) and introduces cereals supplied from an exterior to the conveyor belt(7). In addition, the cereal outlet hopper(5) is installed at the other side of the housing(1) and guides cereals dropped from a tip of the conveyor belt(7). The conveyor includes the conveyor belt(7), a driving pulley for driving the conveyor belt(7) and a supporting roller(11) for supporting the conveyor belt(7).
