CONSTITUTION: An end part or a part of the intermediate part of the carbon nanotube 13 is embedded in the cathode wiring 12 formed on a back substrate 11, and the contact of the intersecting part of the carbon nanotubes or the vicinity of the intersection part is joined by a joint film.
