DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING STARTING OF TURBO VEHICLE AT LOW TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A starting improvement apparatus of a turbo vehicle at low temperature and a method thereof are provided to enhance starting of an engine by automatically starting the vehicle with bypassing suction air in lowering temperature of coolant during parking the turbo vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A starting improvement device of a turbo vehicle at low temperature is composed of an engine RPM(Revolution Per Minute) detecting unit(2) detecting engine RPM; a rectifying unit(3) rectifying alternating current to direct current corresponding to engine RPM; an engine signal converting unit(4) converting voltage from the rectifying unit into a digital signal; a temperature sensor(7) detecting temperature of coolant; a temperature signal converting unit(8) outputting on-and-off signals; a control unit(9) outputting a driving signal or a shutoff signal to a damper motor driving unit(6) and a relay driving unit(10); the damper motor driving unit actuating a damper motor(5); and the relay driving unit driving ignition and start motor driving relays corresponding to the output signal from the control unit. Starting is improved by automatically starting the engine with bypassing suction air in lowering temperature of coolant.
