An oscillator comprises a field effect transistor T1 and, in series with it, a further field effect transistor T2 operating in saturation. Since the current through transistor T2 varies little with temperature, the current through transistor T1 is also temperature stabilized, and the operation of the oscillator is stabilized. The output is taken from the drain of transistor T1 through a source follower stage T3. |
