PURPOSE: A food container manufacturing apparatus is provided to improve the reliability of food contained in the food container with improving productivity of the food container by shortening manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: An upper mold(10) has a plurality of down-holder(12) installed in a jacket mold(11) and a plug(13) movably installed in the down-holder(12). A lower mold(20) has a plurality of cavity molds(21) to which the plug(13) is selectively inserted. The lower mold(20) is rotatable and movable up and down within a limited range. An air feeding system(30) is provided to supply air into the down-holder(12). The air feeding system(30) includes an air feeding pipe(31) installed above the down-holder(12), an air pressure discharging pipe(32) connected to the air feeding pipe(31), and a plurality of branch pipes(33) vertically connected to each down-holder(12).
