The fuel injector (10) for an internal combustion motor, and especially in a common rail fuel injection system, has a control valve (38) with at least three connections and at least two settings. It has a high pressure fluid inlet (48) and a low pressure fluid outlet (50) on one side and, on the other side, a connection for a flow throttle (40). The flow throttle is structured to give a greater throttle action towards the control valve than towards the control zone (34). |
