PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically restore operation defects by automatically detecting early a tendency of operation defect and an actual defect of a switching means which switches off-on by the opening and closing of an interlocking switch. SOLUTION: The power-feeding device is provided with a means 51 for detecting delay of an interlock circuit putting OFF/ON a switching means, for instance, a power-feeding relay, by a breaking means, for instance, a door switch, from switching of the breaking means to switching of the switching means. The switching means is, for instance, a dual relay 86. The delay detecting means 51 measures an operation delay time-lag between contact pieces a, b, or a delay of each piece a, b from the changeover of switching of the door switch till subsiding of chattering of the contact pieces a, b. When loads 72A, 72B are OFF, dummy load current is passed to the contact piece a for generating arc for blowing off a contact transfer causing the delay of the piece release. |
