PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beltlike electrophotographic photoreceptor in which a long life, high reliability, and high image quality are attained at a high level, and an electrophotographic cartridge using the photoreceptor, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a contact member that presses and bends the beltlike electrophotographic photoreceptor surface in an opposite direction and rotates following the photoreceptor. In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a decrease in the film thickness of the photoreceptor is caused by slip rotation of the contact member and the photoreceptor when they are not interlocked. By decreasing the friction coefficient of the photoreceptor surface in comparison to the friction coefficient that makes the contact member bent reversely, slip rotation of the contact member decreases. This enables the contact member to rotate interlocking with the photoreceptor. In addition, the hardness of the photoreceptor surface is made equal to or harder than the hardness HP of a pencil, preferably 2H, thereby enhancing wear resistance. |
