PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-impedance transmission line type component which can easily and exactly facilitate avoiding the influence of a high-frequency power supply current, which occurs, at high-speed high-frequency circuit element operation at high speed and high frequency. SOLUTION: In a decoupling circuit, the transmission line type component 1', in which a coaxial line having an extremely low characteristic impedance value is formed by coaxially arranging cylindrical external conductors, having larger diameters than internal conductors made of a conductive material have and made of a conductive material, is connected in series between a power supply line 8 and a grounding line 9, both of which are connected to a DC power source provided on a printed circuit board and the power supply port of an LSI 6. Consequently, almost all the high-frequency power supply current generated from the LSI 16 is reflected to the power supply port of the LSI 6, and part of the high-frequency power supply current entering into the component 1' is consumed through dielectric loss and will not reach the external power supply line 8. |
