摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid lubricant-containing self-lubricating sintered material which has a high material strength, a low friction coefficient, and a good wear resistance, and is usable from a low temperature to a high temperature in the atmospheres such as a vacuum, air and under water. SOLUTION: The self-lubricating sintered material is obtained by sintering a powdery mixture containing, by weight, 36 to 50% molybdenum disulfide, 6 to 16% graphite powder, 10 to 20% tungsten disulfide, 21 to 30% tungsten powder and 1 to 15% ferritic stainless steel powder produced by a water atomization method, and the balnace at least iron powder.
