PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a problem of fan noises at night in heat pump equipment. SOLUTION: Heat pump equipment can selectively execute air heat source operation wherein heat is taken from ventilation outside air OA by a fan 7 by a heat exchanger with air through operation of a heat pump 3, and the taken heat is radiated by a load heat exchanger 2, and underground heat source operation wherein heat is taken from an underground G by an underground heat exchanger 1 through operation of the heat pump 3 and the taken heat is radiated by the load heat exchanger 2. A control means 13 is provided which gives priority to air heat source operation over underground heat source operation during the day, and gives priority to underground heat source operation over air heat source operation at night.
