PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizing humidifier and an air conditioner in which humidifying water dropping from a water injection pipe is uniformly dropped to a humidifying filter. SOLUTION: The humidifier comprises the water injection pipe 46B and the humidifying filter for receiving the humidifying water dropped from the water injection pipe 46B. A dropping belt 101 is suspended below a water injection hole 100 of the water injection pipe 46B to drop the humidifying water to the humidifying filter through the dropping belt 101.
