PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antimicrobial activator made from an olive as a main raw material and derived from a natural product. SOLUTION: This antimicrobial activator is obtained by carrying out a bioconversion treatment for culturing a microorganism in a culture medium containing an extract from a leaf part of the olive and obtaining a metabolite thereof. The antimicrobial activator can be utilized as an antiseptic, etc., for cosmetics. |
