PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement information providing system capable of providing the advertisement of a large data amount and making the advertisement surely browsed, an advertisement information providing method and a program. SOLUTION: A HP provider 2 distributes or sells a dictionary medium 32 storing advertisement information 33 and a deciphering key 34 to a browsing person 1. When an advertisement key 31 being present on the HP 21 of a server 20 is selected by a browsing device 11 connected with the server 20 through a network, the advertisement information 33 is displayed at the browsing device 11. When the advertisement information 33 is displayed, the deciphering key 34 added to the advertisement information 33 is outputted. By using the deciphering key 34, ciphered information 23 is deciphered. The deciphered ciphered information 23 can be displayed at the browsing device 11. |
