PHOTOVOLTAIC ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic element having characteristic excellent in weather resistance and durability, by using simple coating constitution which can achieve cost reduction. SOLUTION: A resin layer 107 having thickness distribution is formed on a light receiving surface of a photovoltaic element having a lamination structure in which an electrode layer and a photoelectric conversion layer are laminated. Thickness of the resin layer in an end portion of the photovoltaic element is greater than that of a central part of the photovoltaic element.
