PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that only one customs entry can be processed on one image on a terminal screen when a customs agent performs a customs entry for cargo of export and import to a customs house. SOLUTION: When the customs agent 10 performs a customs entry for cargo of export and import to the customs house, the customs agent 10 prepares an image format so as to be able to input a plurality of customs entries with an input image of a terminal 15 by using the terminal 15 connected to NACCS 21 of an NACCS center 13 through a communication channel 20 through a server 16 provided with a data processing part 17, and makes it possible to process the plurality of customs entries inputted on the input image by using a format conversion program and a file transfer program.
