SOLUTION: A method for paying a medical expanse claim that claims the medical expense burden institution for medical expanses other than medical expenses for which a patient himself is responsible on the basis of contents in prescriptions sent from medical institution, is to have a step for dividing the prescriptions sent from the medical institutions between prescriptions that can be quickly sent to claim the medical expense burden institution without needing manual examination and prescriptions needing manual examination, and a step for claiming the medical expanse burden institutions for the prescriptions divided to be sendable to quickly claim the medical expense burden institution without needing the manual examination more preferentially than the prescriptions divided to be the prescriptions needing manual examination.
