<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill improvement support device that records physical movements of a person, measured by using a computer and sensors and reuses the recorded data in order to compare the movements which should be supported with ideal movements. SOLUTION: A symbolizing means 110 receives numerical data, obtained mainly by measuring the physical movements of a person from a movement measuring instrument 200 as inputs, detects the mathematical features of the data and outputs a symbol strings, consisting of with symbols made correspond to the features. A movement comparing means 120 compares the symbol strings, which record ideal movements that become teaching examples, among the symbol strings stored in a movement database means 140 with respect to the symbol strings of movements that are outputted from the means 110 and become support objects and detects the differences between the strings. A information providing means 130 displays the differences detected by the means 120.</p> |
