SCENE DESCRIPTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scene description program that satisfies functions of producing a video object and can be applicable to production for broadcast purpose video images. SOLUTION: The scene description program functionally realizes a computer by means of each program of the scene description program that is means such as; a display means 5a that displays a video object of an optional shape being a component of each scene; a frame unit description means 5c that describes a display start time/end time of the video object of an optional shape in the unit of frames; and an object edit means 5g that edits the video object of the optional shape in the unit of frames described by the frame unit description means 5c.
