PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resonator having small insertion loss and a structure, in which a metal film used for forming a microstrip line or a resonator is formed on a dielectric board. SOLUTION: A first to a third ceramic green sheet, 24, 26, and 30, are laminated, and a metal film 23, electrodes 27 and 28 used for forming an input/output coupling circuit, and a grounding electrode 33 are transferred onto the ceramic sheets 24, 26, and 30 respectively from transfer materials formed on support films of synthetic resin for the formation of a resonator, and the laminate containing the ceramic green sheets 24, 26, and 30 is baked so as to form the dielectric board. |
