PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antislip and antistatic agent that imparts both antistatic properties and antislip properties excellent also in resistance to long-term change to an olefin polymer film, and to provide an olefin polymer film having antistatic properties and antislip properties excellent also in resistance to long- term change. SOLUTION: The antislip and antistatic agent used is the one comprising the three components of a specified monoacylglycerol, a specified monoacyldiglycerol, and a specified N,N,-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) alkaneamide, wherein the three components are contained in a specified ratio.
