PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry a material to be dried conveyed at an extremely low speed by a net conveyor unit by means of an air supply and a sundry. SOLUTION: A net conveyor unit C1 has a sidewall 11 and a ceiling wall 12 facing south and covered by a dry box B constituted of a rugged-sectional metal plate in a substantially sealed state, an upper shield plate 1 arranged above an upside horizontal running part V2 of a conveying net 2 for constituting the conveyor unit C1 , and upper and lower supply fans F1 and F2 of the running part V2 of the net 2. Thus, a compost Q is dried by air flows R1 and R2 supplied from the fans F1 and F2 and an inverting air flow R1 ' inverted by contacting with the compost Q and further inverted by colliding with the plate 1.
