PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for vehicle for shortening warming up during the winter seasons and preventing overheating of a water-cooled engine during the summer seasons, by providing an outlet with a determined flowing direction in an air duct means which houses a radiator. SOLUTION: The cooling device for vehicle is provided with a shroud 6 provided between an air vent 2 and the water-cooled engine 1, housing the radiator 4, and forming a passage of cooling air taking in the cooling air from the air vent 2 and guiding it to the water-cooled engine 1 side, and a bypass passage 8 formed inside the shroud 6 and guiding air to the water-cooled engine 1 side around the radiator 4. The shroud 6 has an opening 9 with a guide plate formed between the radiator 4 and the water-cooled engine 1, so that the cooling air passing the radiator 4 flows out in the downward direction, and a guide member 8a formed inside the bypass passage 8, so that the air passing inside the bypass passage 8 flows out toward a predetermined direction in the water- cooled engine 1 side.
