PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place steel pipe concrete pile structure and an execution method capable of solving such the problem that the vertical spring coefficient of the pipe is reduced because the circumferential adhesion between the steel pipe section and the ground can not be sufficiently expected and that the displacement resulting from a locking of an upper structure of the pile is increased in case of earthquake. SOLUTION: For the cast-in-place steel pipe concrete pile constructing an excavated hole bored in the ground as a form and placing the steel pipe in the vicinity of a pile head section, a projection is set on the outside of the steel pile, and a hardener is poured in a space between the outside of the steel pipe and the excavated hole. Alternatively, a bag body is set on the gap between the outside of the steel pipe and the excavated hole, and the hardener is pressurized into the bag body.
