PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip stick-preparing device having one or more reinforcing plates which are engaged with an elastic molding member and stiffly extend the elastic molding member to prevent that the elastic molding member is damaged by the frequent extending movements. SOLUTION: This lip stick-preparing device has a molding member 1 having one or more molding cavities 12 and one or more reinforcing plates 5 which are engaged with the molding member 1 and each has one or more ear portions 52 projected from the end portion. In order to stably separate the plates 5 from the molding member 1 in the radial direction, one or more rods 21 are engaged with each other through the ear portions 52 of the plates 5. For the expansion of the molding member 1 with the rods 21, one or more actuators are attached to one or more rods 21.
