STRUCTURE OF VALVE PLATE

PURPOSE: A structure of valve plate is provided to minimize vibration and noise generated as a valve and the valve plate collide against each other in a valve system taking in and compressing refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a plurality of cavities(118) placed on an outside of an inlet(122) or an outlet(124) of a valve plate; and a groove(120) formed by the cavities placed at regular intervals. The groove comprising a plurality of the cavities reduces vibration and noise over wide range of frequencies and amplitude as the cavities have different widths so as to have different resonant frequencies.
