PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect products by a collecting method desired by a user. SOLUTION: User terminals 101 and 102 of users who want to perform product collection are connected to servers 106 and 107 for providing a product collection management service through the Internet 105, when access from the user side is recognized, product information about a product desired, by the user, to be collected and further the address information of the user are accepted, and a collecting method (e.g. bringing the product to a store, carrier's reception and secondhand market transaction) by a normal collection route is proposed to the user terminals 101 and 102 on the basis of those pieces of information. In the case of bringing the product to a store, a store that is a convenience store for collecting the product when the user brings in the product and is close to the address of the user is retrieved from a collection store database 110 and provided together with information of the store. |
