PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order/reservation management method improving the convenience of consumers, suppressing the loss of sales opportunities and permitting the quick and sure analysis of advertisement effect as well. SOLUTION: The method includes procedures s105 and s106 of receiving individual specifying information or the like in which a radio IC chip is mounted on a paper medium carrying advertisement information, the ID of the radio IC chip obtained from a reader-writer terminal is received, an authentication request is executed and the request event of order/reservation by the consumers for merchandise/services carried on the paper medium and the individual specifying information capable of specifying the consumer are received from the reader- writer terminal, a procedure s110 of transforming the IC chip into a ticket in which the consumer specified by the individual specifying information is made to correspond to the ID of the authenticated radio IC chip in a database and the radio IC chip and the fact of receiving an order/reservation request is recorded, and a result sending procedure s111 in which the result of transforming the IC chip into the ticket is sent to the reader-writer terminal. |
