PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoder with a compact and simple configuration that can realize compatibility between a low cost and high accuracy/high speed performance. SOLUTION: The decoder includes a comparator 1 that receives a reception signal IN, a probability integrator 2 that receives an output of the comparator 1 and outputs an integration variable S, and a threshold value controller 3 that receives the integration variable S from the probability integrator 2 and gives a threshold value to the comparator 1. The probability integrator 2 generates the integration variable S according to '0', '1' of a decoder output OUT to obtain an integration probability St resulting from integrating the integration variables S. The threshold value controller corrects a threshold value th by discriminating that the threshold value is deviated when the integrated probability of the probability integrator 2 is deviated from an initial value either increasingly or decreasingly. |
