PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a complex comprising an immunoglobulin and a polysaccharide for oral or transmucosal use. SOLUTION: The polysaccharide included in the complex forms a film for protecting and carrying the immunoglobulin, and enables the complex to penetrate and to be absorbed through the region of the stomach and mucous membrane. The immunoglobulin has various specificities determined by required therapeutic effects. The immunoglobulin can be used as the passive immune prophylaxis for the prophylaxis or the therapy of the infectious disease caused by pathogen such as a virus, a bacterium and a parasite, or can be used for regulating endogenous biochemical balance or detoxicating misused chemicals, medicines or toxins. |
