PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a part of a biosensor swells, and that a measuring device malfunctions by detection of an excessive current generated by autooxidation of an electrode. SOLUTION: The electrode 4 equipped with a hydrogen ion transmitter comprising a charge transferrer 5, a specimen supply port 7, an oxygen supply port 8 and an enzyme 2, and constituted by platinum or palladium sputtering is directly joined to a lead wire 1. The lead wire 1 is bonded with the acutest part of a triangular pyramid 2 used as a spacer. In this biosensor constituted in this way, the lead wire is drawn to the outside without enlarging the sensor thickness and run excellently, and the glucose concentration can be measured continuously without the autooxidation of the sputtered electrode material. |
