PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition blended with a large amount of an alkali and excellent in cleaning power. SOLUTION: This liquid detergent composition is provided by containing (q) an alkali, (b) liquid having 30-100 specific dielectric constant (at 25 deg.C) in specific ratios, having a part of the alkali existing in a solid state, and showing pH 9-11 (at 25 deg.C).
