PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graft polymer composition excellent both in builder performance and in compatibility with liquid detergents, to provide a method for manufacturing the same and the use of the same. SOLUTION: The graft polymer composition contains two or more types of graft polymers, formed through the polymerization of a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer component with its polyether-containing main chain essentially containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, and is characterized in that, when any two out of the two or more types of graft polymers are compared with each other in terms of the numbers of carbons in their respective main chain terminals, the difference is not less than three.
