PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction regulating technology capable of certainly regulating the direction of a vessel that is small and light and has an unstable recess. SOLUTION: This direction regulating device comprises a star wheel 10 having storing parts in the peripheral surface, an endless correcting belt 30 that is rotatably disposed near the star wheel 10 and applies a forced rotating force to a passing light vessel, a guide 40 disposed around the star wheel 10, and a plurality of direction regulating blocks 60. The direction regulating blocks can move back and forth with respect to the light vessel and have an adsorbable back and forth moving piece 61. The moving piece 61 generates negative pressure in an interval from an abutting position of the light vessel 50 on the correcting belt 30 to a delivering position to a next process.
