PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging material, a vacuum packaging body, and a manufacturing method which are simple at a low cost without using any double bag or special device. SOLUTION: A breathable thin film 12 is fixed to an inner surface of one opening part 11a of a cylindrical barrier property laminate film 11 which side edges 13a and 13b heat-sealed. The content is inserted from the other opening part 11b of the vacuum packaging material 10, heat-sealed, and evacuated. The inside of the vacuum packaging material 10 is evacuated from the breathable thin film 12 of one opening part 11a. Then, one opening part 11a is heat-sealed.
