<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a poly(trimethylene terephthalate) carpet having beautiful appearance, excellent touch, abrasion resistance, elastic recovering ratio, excellent anti-fouling property, excellent antistatic property, excellent exfoliating strength, excellent pulling strength and excellent shape stability. CONSTITUTION: The poly(trimethylene terephthalate) carpet is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (s1) cabling; (s2) heat-setting with a superba at 120-160deg.C of temperature on a main tunnel at 4-9m/min of band speed on 200-240g/m of density; (s3) tufting to make 5-15/inch of stitch; (s4) beck-dyeing the tufted carpet with disperse dyes at normal pressure at 90-100deg.C of temperature without carrier; (s5) backing the dyed carpet; and then (s6) shearing.</p> |
