PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter drive circuit which can apply negative bias voltages to respective devices of full-bridges using a simple configuration in which a transformer and a switching device are not used. SOLUTION: This full-bridge inverter circuit comprises a plurality of arms which are respectively composed of pairs of semiconductor switches 2, 3, 4 and 5 which are connected in series to each other in the forward directions between both terminals of a main power supply 1. High side negative bias circuits are provided on the positive side of the main power supply, and low side negative bias circuits are provided on the negative side of the main power supply. The high side negative bias circuits have connection points between the pairs of semiconductor switches, to which capacitors 12 and 14 are connected. Anodes of diodes 7 and 8 are connected to the capacitors 12 and 14 respectively, and cathodes of the diodes 7 and 8 are connected to the negative side of the main power supply 1. |
