SOLUTION: When a seeking request is accepted while an image is obtained from a contents server 20, and caching and distributing operations to the terminal 21 are executed, the obtaining the caching of the image during execution is continued, and an operation is also started, which obtains the image after the seeking position from the contents server 20 and distributes the image to the terminal 21 while caching.</p> |
