PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black and nonmagnetic electrostatic charge image developing toner having high image density and little contamination such as filming or the like on a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the nonmagnetic black toner obtained by the process of aggregating at least polymer primary particles and coloring agent particles into particle aggregates, the coloring agent particles comprise a black pigment obtained by doping nonmagnetic iron oxide with metals.
