PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out ground investigation using a technique of surface wave survey. SOLUTION: A monitor 2 receives an electronic mail transmitted by a communication device 1b constituting a measuring instrument carried into an investigation field, and displays a content of a bundled data attached to the electronic mail on a display screen. A measured result of a propagation velocity of a Rayleigh wave measured by a measuring device 1a constituting the measuring instrument is shown in the bundled data. A technician having expertise judges whether the measured result is correct or not, and inputs changing information for indicating change of a measuring condition to the monitor 2, when judging that the result is not correct. The monitor 2 transmits an electronic mail containing the changing information, to the communication device 1b. |
