PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for filling powder and particle materials, for example, into a packaging bag under utilization of their gravity and for concentrically packaging them at an intermediate portion of the packaging bag. SOLUTION: A packaging bag 18 is held by a pair of claws 46, 47, a lower region piece 24 of the packaging bag is supported by a plate claw 48 while it is being folded, the packaging bag is fed into a pressure-resistant chamber 50 together with a frame 55, and then the packaging bag is supported by a clamp 56 as indicated by a virtual line. In this case, a hook piece 69 rotated around a fulcrum point of a pin 68 keeps the lower region piece of the packaging bag in its folded state. After this operation, when a connecting rod 62 is pulled down and a lever 60 is turned in a clockwise direction around a pin 61, the claws 46, 47 supported at the lever 60 deliver the packaging bag to the pressure-resistant chamber 50, and after this operation, the claws 46, 47 are turned as indicated by an virtual line and retracted from the pressure-resistant chamber. Subsequently, a lid member 52 is closed to cause an inner state of the pressure-resistant chamber 50 to be changed into a vacuum environment. An actuator 65 pressurizes and seals an opening of the packaging bag 18 between a heating seal bar 66 and a seal table 67 of the lid member 52 and then surrounding atmospheric pressure is sucked into the pressure-resistant chamber. Since the packaged item is charged in the packaging bag under a state in which the lower region piece 24 is being folded, the packaged item is kept at the intermediate location in the packaging bag with atmospheric pressure. |
