PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a retrieving accuracy for a system for providing information by dynamically changing the contents of home pages and to reduce user's load. SOLUTION: The automatic information discrimination device 3 is constituted of a means (an identical provider sorting/storing means 31) for sorting and storing collected home pages in each identical provider, means (a dynamic information specification means and a dynamic information storage means 33) for extracting a common character string from sorted home pages, specifying a part to be dynamically changed in the home pages based on the extracted character string and storing the specified part and a means (a dynamic information deletion and text storage means 34) for deleting the stored information from the sorted home pages and storing the information. A retrieving means 35 for retrieving the deleted information and an updating date estimation and document storage means 36 for estimating an updating date from the deleted information are also added to the device 3.
