PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back-filling material filling device capable of smoothly discharging a back-filling material, and an existing pipe lining construction method using the back-filling material filling device. SOLUTION: This back-filling material filling device has an outer pipe part, an inner pipe part disposed inside, and an injection nozzle 15 at the tip, and is fitted with an air supply means for supplying air to the outer pipe part and inner pipe part. The back-filling material can be smoothly discharged and filled by a lowering of apparent viscosity of the back-filling material by mixing air, with the help of air pressure. When the existing pipe is lined by a pipe manufacturing machine mounted with final back-filling material filling devices 1 and 1', the installation of a new tubular body in the existing pipe, and filling of the back-filling agent between the existing pipe and the new tubular body are smoothly performed at the same time to provide the simple existing pipe lining construction method of a short construction period.
