PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a skip floor so that a kitchen and sanitary part is disposed on the second story of a dwelling house, and form a building frame around the skip floor so that an aseismic structure is not impaired. SOLUTION: The skip floor 50 is formed between the first story 5 and the second story 6 of the dwelling house 2, and the kitchen and sanitary part 15 is disposed on the skip floor 50. The pipes of the kitchen and sanitary part 51 are stored in a space (55) between the second story floor height 51 and a skip floor height 53 to make the substantial floor height 58 of the skip floor 50 generally equal to the second story floor height 51. A plurality of joint columns 35 are provided between a second floor beam 38 and a skip floor beams 37 so as to be parallel with each other in X (longitudinal) and Y (lateral) directions.
