PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet stool apparatus capable of surely flushing a toilet bowl with a small amount of water even if a user is unfamiliar with operation of the apparatus, an elderly person, or a child operates the apparatus. SOLUTION: The toilet stool apparatus is comprised of a speed setting means for setting a valve body activating time by consuming at least a part of driving energy, and the speed setting means includes a changing means which can change the activating time. According to the toilet stool apparatus, provided that a physically possible upper limit value set by the speed setting means or a set value discontinuity is set to CU, a physically possible lower limit value or a set value discontiuity is set to CD, and a set value changed by the changing means is set to CX, the changing means is comprised of a set value restricting means which holds the following relationships; CD<CX and/or CX<CU.
