PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishway structure capable of easily carrying out joint work for positioning divided blocks and quickly carrying out built-up work. SOLUTION: For the fishway structure continued in a state of spiral staircase and constructed by spirally laminating a plurality of fan-shaped fishway blocks 20, each of the fishway blocks 20 is constituted by combining a pair of divided blocks 22 and 24 semi-divided by connecting the center of a fan-shape and the circumference of the fan-shape with an alignment face 23, one divided block 22 includes a fan-shaped bottom slab 26 forming the center hole 20a and an interior wall section 28 and an exterior wall section 30 concentric with the center hole 20a integrally erected on the bottom slab 26 and formed in a spiral fishway, the other divided block 24 includes a setting section 36 mounted in the vicinity of the center of the bottom slab 26 of one divided block 22, a positioning recess section 38 is formed in one divided block 22, and the setting section 36 of the other divided block 24 is fitted in the positioning recess section 38 in an uneven-shape to connect both divided blocks 22 and 24 in a positioning state.
