PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier tape to which little slit dust or fine particles generated when a carrier tape is produced is attached because it is not desirable for the slit dust or the fine particles attached on the surface of the carrier tape to be attached to an electronic part to be mounted. SOLUTION: This relates to equipment for producing by thermoforming a carrier tape made of a thermoplastic tape shape article for an electronic part having an emboss for storing the part positioned at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction. The equipment is provided with a means for guiding both end faces of the carrier tape and for sucking and removing the fine particles or dust on the inside and outside faces of the emboss and on the tape surface by blasting air from the end face of the tape.
