PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to get on a bus on a regular route at a place other than bus stops on the route of the bus even when the user does not know the installation position of a bus stop on the service route of the bus on which the user should get on and when the user is away from the bus stop. SOLUTION: This system 10 consists of a center device 1 for managing the operation of the bus, a portable terminal device 2 carried by the user, and a bus device 3 mounted on the bus. When the user transmits a retrieval condition to the center device 1 from the terminal device 2, the center device 1 transmits retrieval results of the bus satisfying the retrieval condition to the terminal device 2. When the terminal device 2 transmits booking to get on a bus to the bus included in the retrieval results, a bus driver decides the approval/rejection of getting on the bus and transmits a getting on bus approval/ rejection signal to the terminal device 2 from the bus device 3. The user can easily recognize the bus traveling through a destination with the retrieval results transmitted from the center device 1 to the terminal device 2 and get on his/her desired bus at an optional waiting location in the service route of the bus.
